Acceptable Use Policy

1. Use the service lawfully

You may use Conversia only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these policies, applicable privacy and marketing laws, and the terms of services you connect to Conversia.

2. Messaging and customer consent

• Obtain and keep any consent, opt-in, notice, or other permission required before contacting a person or importing their data.
• Respect opt-outs, message limits, approved templates, quiet hours, and all applicable WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, deceptive promotions, or messages that conceal the sender's identity.
• Do not use Conversia to harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person.
• Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, lawful, and supported by appropriate safeguards.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Do not break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or facilitate fraud, phishing, impersonation, or unlawful surveillance.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, probe or disrupt the service, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not reverse engineer or copy the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or make the service available to unauthorised persons.
• Do not use Conversia to make high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate human review, notice, and legal authority.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your messages, the information you connect, the instructions you give your team, and the way you configure the service. Review generated, suggested, or automated content before it is sent. You must not treat a suggested response as a substitute for human judgement where context, safety, or legal obligations require review.

5. Reporting and enforcement

If you believe Conversia is being used in violation of this policy, email praisetechzw@gmail.com with relevant details. We may investigate, remove content where technically possible, restrict a feature, suspend access, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or enforce our terms.
