Safeguards

Campus Market Private Limited uses technical and organisational measures designed to protect Conversia and the information handled through it. Current measures include account authentication, email verification, security checks where configured, access controls, and encryption of stored Meta access tokens and WhatsApp registration PINs.

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and integration providers listed on the Subprocessors page. Security also depends on customer account configuration, team permissions, device security, and third-party platform controls. No service can guarantee that information is completely secure.

Your responsibilities

  • Use a unique, strong password and keep sign-in credentials and invitations private.
  • Give workspace access only to people who need it and promptly remove access that is no longer required.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or exposure involving Conversia.
  • Do not send secrets, payment card information, or sensitive personal information through the service unless necessary and appropriately protected.

Report a security issue

Please report suspected vulnerabilities or security incidents to praisetechzw@gmail.com. Include a clear description and a way to reproduce the issue, if safe to do so. Do not access, change, or disclose other users' data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose a suspected issue before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

For a suspected exposure of your account or customer data, include the account email and the approximate time of the incident. We will review the report and respond as appropriate.
