Terms of Service
The rules for using Conversia, including accounts, connected services, plans, and customer content.
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. Who we are and these terms
Conversia is provided by Campus Market Private Limited, a company operating in Zimbabwe ("Conversia", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service form an agreement between us and the person or organisation that accesses or uses Conversia ("you" or "Customer").
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, selecting a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Conversia for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Billing, Cancellation & Refunds Policy, and Data Processing Agreement form part of these terms where they apply to your use.
2. The service
Conversia provides a business workspace for organising and responding to WhatsApp conversations, managing team access, and using the other tools described in the product interface. Features, integrations, availability, plan limits, and trial offers may change as the service develops.
Some features depend on third parties, including Meta and WhatsApp. We do not control those services, and their terms, availability, fees, and technical requirements apply separately. Conversia is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp. AI-assisted features, where available, may produce inaccurate or incomplete suggestions; you must review them before relying on or sending them.
Conversia is a business communication tool, not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing messages and automated or AI-assisted outputs before relying on or sending them.
3. Accounts and team access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing the roles and permissions you give to team members.
You must have the right to connect any WhatsApp Business account, phone number, or other third-party account that you connect. You are responsible for ensuring that team members comply with these terms and for removing access when it is no longer needed.
We may require email verification, security checks, or other steps to protect accounts and the service.
4. Your content and customer data
"Customer Data" means information and content that you or your users submit to or connect with Conversia, including business details, WhatsApp message content, contact details, and configuration data. You retain your rights in Customer Data.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, transmit, display, and otherwise process Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and perform this agreement. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement applies.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis and all permissions, notices, and consents needed to collect and send Customer Data to Conversia and to communicate with your customers. Do not submit data that you are not authorised to share or that is unnecessary for the service.
5. WhatsApp and third-party requirements
You must comply with the applicable WhatsApp Business Terms, Meta policies, messaging rules, and laws governing marketing, privacy, and electronic communications. You are responsible for obtaining and documenting any required opt-in, honouring opt-outs, using approved templates where required, and keeping your business and messaging details accurate.
Meta may impose separate conversation charges, limits, reviews, or restrictions. Where displayed in the service, Meta conversation charges are passed through at cost. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions, outages, policy changes, or charges.
6. Plans, trials, and fees
Plan names, features, prices, billing intervals, usage allowances, and trial offers are shown in the service and may change, including for future trial offers. The offer shown when you accept a trial or complete a paid purchase governs that enrollment. A plan selection by itself is not permission to charge you: any paid order, payment method, recurring charge, and renewal terms must be disclosed and affirmatively accepted at checkout.
If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay the price and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Any third-party WhatsApp charges will be disclosed separately or passed through as described in the service. We may change prices for a future billing period after giving notice as required by law; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
The Billing, Cancellation & Refunds Policy explains trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. If the checkout terms for a particular purchase conflict with that policy, the specific terms shown at checkout govern that purchase.
7. Acceptable use
You must use Conversia lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its security or operation, or use it to violate another person's rights.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
We and our licensors own the service, software, design, and related materials, excluding Customer Data. We give you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription or access period.
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly as the source without permission.
9. Availability, suspension, and termination
We work to keep Conversia available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, change features, or temporarily restrict access to protect users, comply with law, address a security risk, or respond to a breach of these terms.
You may stop using Conversia and request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create a risk to people or the service, fail to pay fees when due, or where required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Terms that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Conversia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from the service. To the extent permitted by law, each party's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees paid or payable by you to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or to your payment obligations.
You are responsible for the decisions and communications your business makes using Conversia, including the accuracy of content sent to customers and the handling of customer enquiries.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or our operations. We will publish the updated terms and revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email where practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply to you. The courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
